Mights get offered a magic school as 4th slot skill and wisdom by 100% at least as 6th slot skill. Magics get offered 2 magic schools as 3rd and 4th slot skills. So some things are regulated by programming, to make for example sure that a Might hero will be able to learn a magic school although probabilities are low. Same belongs to wisdom.

Heroes III Of Might And Magic has a Westeros map. The way it ties in flavor with mechanics is just beautiful. One of the best maps I have ever played. e.g. expecting Mel to have the Inferno specialty, I spread out my troops and won the battle. even if you don't know about game of thrones, it has the "balanced asymmetry" which I think the best
