He said that i cant afford to drive with no MAF as the DPF wont regen and said if the MAF is not the issue he was 90% sure it would be the EGR. I have just installed a blanking.plate and reconnected the MAF sensor and taken it for a spin.

I've got 2.2 tdci 147kw 2014 and I'm dealing with same problem. Before normal regeneration was at around 250-300km, for past 2 weeks it went to only 150km and then to fault P244C. I cleaned properly DPF vaporiser, which should work fine now, car does regenerations, but almost every day after 80-90km!

See all 6 brand new listings. teddy83, I originally tried the 2.2 Tit X but I noticed on the test drive it was very thirsty, that's why I ended up going for the 2.0. Interesting note about the DPF, I've noticed the PCM does an active regen every 500 miles but I don't tend to consider doing a "manual" regen as all my trips are on the open road so I'm doing decent speeds for at least half an hour at a time, also I regularly 2007 2.0 tdci doing excessive dpf regeneration. Dpf has been changed and I have monitored the car via elm bluetooth device and so PC software. Regeneration is starting even though egt is only about 160 degree's and pressure difference in the dpf is between 4_9 percent. What else triggers a regeneration besides milage. TxrDkc3.
